I would like a similar or cloned exactly tool. The interactive designer tool allows customers to see instant proof with the logo they upload onto the product by a particular decoration method. (embossing, debossing, silk-screening, embroidery, pad-printing, laser engraving, etc.) That means this online tool must be able to apply special effects (particular decoration method) to the logo customer uploads to the website.

I want to have all the capabilities of the tool on starlinequickpick.com and maybe also my own tweaks. THEY ALL NEED TO FUNCTION AND WORK! Some of the must-have capabilities include,
Images/Logos (user uploads):
- allowing user to drag and drop, nudge around(up/down/left/right), save, resize, undo, rotate, skew, curve up/down, imprint color – PMS # (Pantone Matching System), remove white(transparent w/ background), choose imprint method (special effects applied)

Texts (w/ preloaded fonts + user enters his/her own texts):
-add and edit text (font, color, size, “rotate”, alignment, “curve”, and “spacing”.

- allowing user to add product, save as pdf or jpg, email, choose background color/image, add logo, add custom text, remove objects, access to history (previous saved jobs), imprint product, and help video.
- applying special visual effects on the logo/artwork for a specific imprint/decoration method (e.g. embroidery)

I am debating to use which shopping cart system to go with. I have looked into
www.3dcartstores.com, www.interspire.com, www.aspdotnetstorefront.com, and Magento. I need something that auto-synchronizes with QuickBooks and have many features like an ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning). It will be ideal if the shopping cart is embedded with CMS functions mentioned above and more. If I have to use a separate CMS to manage content, I'd prefer Joomla. Whichever Shopping Cart/CMS I end up choosing must be search engines friendly. The back-end control panel must be very easy for the administrator to upload new designs, change content, add new categories/products, manage and process orders, etc. It must be in PHP and must have a graphical user-friendly interface like www.interspire.com. I will need advice on this and a few recommendations of proprietary shopping cart/CMS systems to choose from.

Design
It must look clean yet professional. Homepage must need a little or no scrolling at all to view the entire page; ideally everything fits on the screen. Flash drop-down menus with sub tabs. I have a sketch for the template layout. PHP or CSS is the preferred language for aesthetically pleasing design purposes. The color scheme, styles, fonts, design, and the theme have to look consistent throughout the entire website in and out. Distributor Log In has to look consistent with the storefront like Border Bros. Back-end needs to have a very user-friendly interface as well. Time to load every page should not be compromised because of professional looking design.

The chosen programmer will get 25% of the bid amount placed into Escrow once we see work has begun on our server.

Another 25% will be placed into the Escrow account once the first main requirement is met. (Interactive Virtual Proof Designer)

Another 25% will be released when the rest of the requirements are met as above

In the final week when we know the project will be completed properly after rigorous and thorough testing. The balance 25 % will be put into Escrow to make 100% of the payment.


Production Time
This is not a simple project therefore I will allow a longer period time to complete the job. Six months or less from start to finish will be ideal. Please DO provide a realistic time frame. In the meantime, a basic website is needed to provide product information and such. (Using one of the those off-the-shelf templates)
