This project is about a page we already have but needs to be enhanced specially in the back-end.
Explanation of the current page:
Client can ask for a price-quote for any product which is not in the shop with this special page.
he fills in manufacturer, the book where he has seen the product, the product number and the number of products.
than question, you want to add more, no, yes, when yes, all is repeated till he say no.
after sending the user goes to a page which say, before we can give you any price-quote, lets give in your details please or login for existing users.
email is sent to the user and website owner
NOW it comes to the project.
In the back end a pre-order page is coming visible with the details about the query, and i want the web owner to be able o just fill in the price for all quotes, update the pre-order to a quote , which will sent an email to the user saying, thank you for your question bla bla bla, showing the data the user has asked, and the prices, subtotal and total, eventually an extra input for extra discount.
user get this email with link asking do you want his quote to be an order yes or no?
if yes, user is going to the login page, see his order and a link to pay for it, if no , they go to a page with a form field to give the reason for not accepting this quote.
