I need a unique, custom

Wordpress theme designed, coded and installed. The theme must be plugin/widget-ready and the design should be appropriate for a site related to the
MMORPG World of Warcraft. I have a logo that will be provided later, but I am looking for a creative designer to create a simple, attractive, professional looking theme.
The theme should be very ad-friendly and allow for any combination of 728/468
banners, 160/120 skyscrapers and a rectangle ad.
Although I will be using

CMS (not a typical
blog). The main features of the site will be a home page with recent news,

articles and an optional featured video.
I would like the

1) Deliverables include not just the final work but also complete source files as well (so that the Buyer can modify them in the future).
2) Quality: If you present a sample of your work to the buyer, your final deliverables MUST match or exceed that same level of quality.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
3b) No part of the deliverable may contain any copyright restricted 3rd party components (including GPL, GNU, Copyleft, etc.) unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the seller's Seller
Legal Agreement.
3c) The deliverable may not be resold or re-distributed in whole or in part by the Seller to any other party
