Torrent Uploader Software- (C/C++, Delphi, PHP, Visual Basic)

Project Guidelines-

The torrent uploader need to be able to:
1)go to mininova.org/thepiratebay.org upload page
2)enter the torrent file+title+description
3)enter the captcha
4)submit

What it ALSO Need is:
1)Option to add sock proxies list and to switch proxies after chosen number of torrent file
2)option to add a folder with .torrent files that will be uploaded + grab the file name as the title to be entered to mininova/TPB automatically
3)Option to add a pre-made descriptions
4)have to ability to know if the upload was successful or not, if not, then log it in a log file,ability to continue to the next file after error
5) check proxy list and remove non working ones
6)store hashed of torrents in a file and warn when attemping to upload already uploaded hashes with y/n confirmation
also-
choose between sock4, and sock 5
clear cookies after each upload, successful or not
switch socks every 1 time from a list that i will enter/ text file
it will have to log the successful link uploads
