Torrent Uploader (C/C++, Delphi, Visual Basic)

Project Guidelines-

The torrent uploader need to be able to:
1)go to mininova.org upload page
2)enter the torrent file+title+description
3)enter the captcha
4)submit

What it ALSO Need is:
1)Option to add sock proxies list and to switch proxies after chosen number of torrent file
2)option to add a folder with .torrent files that will be upload + grab the file name as the title to be entered to mininova automatically
3)Option to add a pre-made descriptions
4)have to ability to know if the upload was successful or not, if not, then log it in a log file,ability to continue to the next file after error
5)if sock is not working, like mininova already bann that ip, to switch the proxy and upload the file
6)advanced system for serial numbers that people will purchase, so they can't hack it
7)evaluation for 2 days of the software
8)updates
