We have a wireframe(90% ready) for this module. The module will have following functionalities:
1. Business users will be able to login with their existing id (person id) or signup for new account.
While creating advertisement users will have option to add an organization name to which he/she wants to represent.
This module will have following steps in completing an advertisement.

Adv page:
Adv heading (50 chars)
short description about ad (100 chars - 2 lines)
Image (50X50 max size 2 MB)
link to webpage (business)"
Once user submits all above inforamation by clicking on "Go to Step 2", Step will have following functions:
"Step 2: Target viewers , Advertisers will target users based on following criteria:
Geographic Location: Continents,Country, City
other 4 fields - (will be provided once this project is confirmed)

"Step 3: Set Budget
Pay per click (CPC)
Pay per 1,000 Impressions - ex: $ 1.50 max amount you are willing to pay per thousand impressions"
Daily/Monthly Budgent: users can specify daily/Monthly amount not to exceed

For Period: From Date To Date"

Fileds required for Credit Card/Debit Card/Bank Account/Pay pal payment"
Once user submits payment information, an approval e-mail with advertisement content will be sent for approval. Once we approve, the advertisement content will be displayed and payment will take effect.

on this page advertisers can monitor and change current/remaning budget, Stop/Continue/Set Period displaying adv, Change target viewers, Change Payment method
Advertisers will be able to generate report on their avertisement such has hits, impresession per day/per hr.
