I need a web-developer to handle the following:

A.)Check the API of a common Video-Hoster
(preferred blip.tv, but you can/shall tell the advantages of your solution)

The functionality has to contain these things:
1. Several buttons (graphic files delivered by me) have to be visible at the end of the movie.

2. These buttons do load another video on Click.
a.) This has to happen seamlessly - no page reload, but all in the active window.
b.) This has to work with an embedded video, not on the video-plattform itself.
c.) This has to work in all (let's say all common) browsers in the same way.

3. These buttons also have to optionally control simple javaScript-Effects on the rest of the side.

4. There has to be a usable possibility for a non-developer to use this functionality on its own.
a.) Perfect solution: Backend with GUI.
b.) Possible as well: Well-commented code to adjust the params.

There are several possiblities to solve that, and I am confident with any usable solution.
As you may take the last frame as a single picture, put it in a flash-file and attach the buttons dynamically - just as a suggestion.

Your skills may contain javaScript or/and ActionScript and eventually some kind of common middle-ware.
A plus would be, if you already have experienced in any video-hosting-platform API.

Tell me your rough idea/suggestions how you want to solve this in pm and how long it may take you.
The project-kickoff isn't defined yet, but it has to start in the next 2-3 weeks.
