WEB DESIGNER TO PROVIDE TIMELINE OF COMPLETION DATES BEFORE CONTRACT APPROVAL.

The Following are ¬minimum requisites:

1 - Graphic Design Phase
- VNS will provide all content, text, logos and color schemes desired for website. VNS will provide links of guide sites and industry examples as a guide to layout desired.
- Website Designer will provide 3-5 custom designed home page concepts for approval by VNS.

2 – Website Development/Coding
- Complete all website coding and development, ensure proper functioning of website
- Create website pages as specified in site map
- Use a CSS stylesheet (or similar guide) to ensure consistent and proper use of branding concepts (fonts, colors, sizes, etc)
- Create and implement a website favicon, using VNS logo
- Provide “In Progress” viewing of website

3 – Testing Phase
- Search Engine Readiness Testing
- Browser Compatibility Testing
- Spell Check
- Link Check

Desired Contract/Terms
1. Maximum of 21 days from initial home page .jpg delivery to completion (all text content and logos/color schemes will be provided by VNS)

2. 40% at start, 30% at intermediate stage and 30% on completion
