We need a BLANK clone of a major type of video website along with lead generation.

By “BLANK” we mean a site that has all of the necessary components and sections, posted on the Net and complete and ready for people to start uploading their videos to fill up the site so that it operates at the quality and functional level of top video sites – very professional.

Site is for public to be able to post their personal videos. We want to run contests with automatic calculations of the videos getting the most votes, so that we can award them prizes. This is not an adult site; just a site to help people at no charge.

- Ongoing current voting results showing which videos are winning the contests, in the order that they are currently ranking at all times.
- Banner System based on open-source platform.
- User should be able to easily upload ads (user-friendly GUI) once payment is received.
- Payment system for e-commerce to pay for ads placed.
- Good chat system for tech support.
- Ability for user to email the creator of the video directly.
- Members Login (to see special content, favorite videos, vote on videos, etc).
- RSS Feeds
- Search Area to search by creator of video, subject of video, name of video, category of video, or whatever search parameters are appropriate.
- Latest rankings section with links to those videos in the rankings.
- User comment section.
- Tracking analytics needed; can use Google Analytics unless you can provide better inexpensively.
- “Tell a friend” with capability for user to manually type in up to 100 names and email addresses or upload email contacts from MS Outlook and other popular email programs, as well as from Excel spreadsheet or .csv or .txt file format. Once uploaded, each address on the list will automatically receive an email message with a link to the video announcing that has just been posted.
- Capture of all email addresses flowing through system to be stored in a database for our own follow-up use with common-sense separation of databases.

We have good CDN contacts, but are open to suggestions for that or anything else that would enhance the site.
