We use creloaded 6.3 B2B latest version and need some adjustments added (preferably with standard modules).

We will alter our system ourselves so need accurate ‘manual' where to change code, files, add modules (these have to be delivered by you), etc.

Shipping rates
We need shipping zones for 20 different countries with different minimum ordertotal per zone (beneath that ordertotal we do not ship) and per
zone an ordertotal where free shipping applies.
Example

Tax settings
The ‘manual' must explain where to add the tax settings for these 20 countries and how to do that.

Discount per Customergroup/Customer
We need a percentage discount on the ordertotal per customer/customergroup (for example 15% discount for customergroup wholesale)
and do not want to enter a price per product for every customergroup by hand. Maybe importing pricing is an option.
Make suggestion to me how you would do this.

Import products
We have data-file of products and these must be converted into importable format.
Our file is one product per line
Importable file must be converted so products belonging together are displayed as subproducts
Example:
Product-ID Description-Parent Description-Child Price-Child (other necessary child fields…)
10001 parent 100 child 100 01 10.00 …
10002 parent 100 child 100 02 11.00 …
10003 parent 100 child 100 03 12.00 …
20001 parent 200 child 200 01 9.00 …
20002 parent 200 child 200 02 10.00 …

In importable file is ‘parent 100' the parent of ‘child 100 01', ‘child 100 02', ‘child 100 03' and parent 200 is the parent of ‘child 200 01', ‘child 200 02'

This is not an one-time conversion, so must be done by ourselves.
Conversion tool (preferably VBA) must convert our file (Excel) to importable file for creloaded 6.3 B2B).
