Website Project with Database (.NET, ASP, Flash, Graphic Design, Java)

We want to build a website similar to jewelsforme.com with an easy to use backend for website admin and order taking with an extra category of “Colored Diamonds” and “diamonds”

Jewelry site experience is a major plus! Deadline for this project is March 28th.

We will provide all text and graphics.

The site should incorporate the following in the design:

• Site is to be set up to be able to add and remove items easily from ADMIN.

• Search Engine Optimization on URLS and all images with ALT Tags

• Lightweight yet very appealing design that loads quickly and is very responsive.

• Fully featured security against hackers

• Text on site should be dynamic, allowing us to change nearly all wording

• Ability to upload and display up to 3 photos for each product with “mouse-over to enlarge pictures”

• Ability to recommend products to customers like “may we also suggest…(with pics of several products that we can control through admin to associate with other products)

• “Out of Stock” Items should be able to be removed temporarily (hidden) and be able to do this easily from ADMIN

• Ability to display product specials set by the administrator “Feature Items”

• We need to be able to have the customer apply discount coupons and gift certificates to prices

• Need a shopping cart with secure checkout and credit card processing

• Need a backend order taking method for orders placed by phone

• Home Page with ability to easily replace graphics, text, styles.

• About Us Page with Link on Nav Bar

• Contact Us with Link on Nav Bar

• Search options on main page by Type (earring pendent, ring, bracelet)

• “New Styles” search and in admin section an input field that displays onsite by date

• Clearance Items with Link on Nav Bar (we should be able to move an item from main section into the Clearance section from ADMIN)

• Ability for customer to email product to a friend or add an item to their "wish list" and Newsletter Signup

• Site Map with Link on Nav Bar or at bottom of screen

• Legal Page with Link on bottom of screen

• FAQ with Link on Nav Bar

• Shipping Policies with Link on Nav Bar

• Privacy Issues Page with Link on bottom of screen

The website should have a similar look and layout as jewelsforme.com with similar product categories, sort options, product options and shopping cart/checkout process.

You must be willing to accept a reasonable number of changes along the way and offer at least 60 days of support after approved launch of site.

All source code will be transferred to us and become our property upon completion.

We are open to suggestions for hosts or we can provide a host in a unix or windows environment (generally use aplus.net)

Project timeline is 1 month.

Payment will be arranged as follows:
25% Upon approval of website template
25% Upon successful testing of features listed above
25% Upon successful launch of site
25% Upon delivery of all source code

Please provide examples of your prior work for both front & back end along with your bid.
