Video hosting website with own Flash Player (Flash, Logo Design, PHP, Video Services, Website Design)

Hello!

I need you to code a video hosting site with the following features for me:

- Flash upload form (incl. multiuploads)
(Possible to add uploadable video formats in admin area, max. upload file size)
- field title + Choose points Adult/Safe
Choose points Download button ON/OFF (should be able to put ON/OFF in admin area)
If user logged in and upload a video, system should take the website and user setting informations for the upload (website, username)
If not logged in video will be uploaded as anonymous.


- Automatic video thumb creation (4 thumbs + 1 animated thumb)
After upload user should get the following:
bbcode + 1 thumb, html + 1 thumb
bbcode + 2 thumbs, html + 2 thumbs
bbcode + 4 thumbs, html + 4 thumbs
bbcode + 1 animated thumb, html + 1 animated thumb
embed code
delete link
titel video
uploader website (able to change in member area for each video)
status online/offline (able to change in member area for each video)
(this all should also be in user area for each video

- TOP 100 lists (most viewed today/this week/this month/ever)
- Search function
Video TOP lists and search results should be showed with the animated video thumbs and Titel.

- Adult function (ON/OFF in admin area)
(All to change ON/OFF in admin area)

- Video should play in Flash Media Player (we need own design with new 16:9 feature + 4:3 possible with black borders - similar new youtube player) with xml Promotion option (adult promotion and Safe promotion seperated), if someone click on one of the thumbs or title in lists and search results.


- simple member register(user,email,password - website if available)
Member login area:
uploaded files (views,downloads,change,delete, embed code,bbcode,html)
- Change password, website ect.

- links under media player: Download,Share,Embed,Uploader username + website if set)
(All to change ON/OFF in admin area)

- admin area with all options to change settings and manage users and media (video) files and Invideo Ads + a few google ad blocks + statistic area.

- RSS function (ON/OFF in admin area)

Nice simply site design with logo.
Site should be a bit like "yourfilehost" but not 1:1 clone
(take a look at description above).
