Website modification and adding a photo gallery (like pornhub) (Graphic Design, Linux, PHP, Website Design)

Straight to the point, I want a well developer. I am making a adult website. The list below are some of the things that is needed as of now.

ALL OF THE FEATURE/REPLACEMENT BELOW IS REQUIRED.
Maybe more will be added as the project progress.

-Photo gallery clone like pornhub gallery.
-place a button somewhere for members to sign up to upload picture.
-there should be a report button close to the picture for people to report bad picture.
-with members photo
-with catergories on the left side.
-advertisement area from the right, taken from the right index advertisement area.
-4X8 picture on the index page of photo gallery.
-all thumbnail for photo are scalled to 116px by 145 px
-when an albumn is clicked, 12 picture will be shown, with width of the thumbnail to a 150px
-there will be no "QUICK JUMPS"box.
-after the profile, There will be an ACP changeable banner/html area directly below it.

-remove the search box and replace it with a ACP changeable banner/html code area.
-add a simple search box, near the "lien he" area at the top.
-edit the 2 side, (shown in the circle) so that the box blend in. (shown near "trang chu and simple search box here area)
-alignment issues with the images if the title is too long.
-ACP changeable banner/html code on the far right side, below the categories.
-change all thumbnail to 160px to 120px
-disable show a bigger thumbnail when hoovering over thumbnail
-darker shade of black background and top of the box for ALL BOX, except for the actual video box (which is black)
-ACP changeable banner/html before the footer or at the footer area.
-the first box, "XEM NHIEU TRONG NGAY" will display 10 thumbnail, 5X2 (5 on each row).
-the second box, "Phim MOI NHAT" will display 25 thumnnail, 5X5 (5 on each row).

When a movie is clicked.
-------------------------

-remove thumbnail and the word XEM PHIM, replace that with the the actual video. As shown in the second picture. Make the background black and with invinsible frame.
-change the video size to 608px by 476px
-do not show the catergories in the right side.
-ADD an ACP changeable banner/html spot (TO THE RIGHT of the movie). (similar to pornhub.com), WE WILL NOT use the same ACP banner/html as the index pages, this will be different.
-Remove the "phim bo co" area, as shown on picture 2, below the video.
-add a show/hide comment. So that once you click it, it will show the comment and the area that you can type in the comment.
-Again darker shade of background for all box, the only box that will be invinsible are the box that has the actual flash video.
-Remove the "phim moi nhat and Xem Nhieu trong ngay" box, as shown in picture 2.
